Dr. Shrestha persisted through delays until I got the treatment I needed. He took time to explain my condition and the next step to take. He collaborated with my other doctors. He listened and answered all my questions. He is an exceptional physican. My sense of wellness is renewed because of his care. His team: Charlotte, Ashland and Amy are personable and professional; the best. I give Northeastern Endocrine my vote of confidence. I am happy to be their patient. The NEFEDA is very professional and welcoming. Bre was warm and was gentle in her care. Dr. Villavicencio is attentive and listens to my concerns. I would wholeheartedly recommend this office to anyone who needs an endocrinologist.
This location has a great staff- from front desk ladies to ultrasound techs, and Dr. Shrestha. I have been seeing Dr. Shrestha for 5+ years to monitor my TSH levels after a total thyroidectomy. There is NEVER a long wait, and easy pre-checkin sent to my phone.
Wonderful office. Dr. Villavicencio is amazing. She listens well, understands, and is very knowledgeable in her specialty. It’s comforting to know that I have someone to talk to and guide me through my medial issues. Her office staff is very helpful. Breanna is very friendly. It’s a pleasure. Highly recommend!
PA Becker is excellent. She is professional, positive and thorough. She gives me the tools I need to care for my diabetes and makes positive suggestions. She listens to my concerns and always remains positive. She is the best.
