After Dr. MaGee retired, I was assigned to Dr. Akshaya Kambhatla as my new endocrinologist. Unfortunately, my experience with her was very disappointing. During my appointments, I never actually saw my endocrinologist in a meaningful way, nor was I ever given a physical examination. The only information I received was that my levels were "okay," with little to no discussion about my overall health, treatment plan, or any opportunity to ask questions. I expect my healthcare provider to be engaged, thorough, and attentive to my concerns. Based on my experience, I was very dissatisfied with the level of care, bedside manner, and overall service I received. I would not recommend Dr. Akshaya Kambhatla, and I will not be returning to this practice.

I just have to take a moment to share what an amazing experience I had with Dr. Bateh and his entire office staff. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Every single person I encountered went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, informed, and well taken care of. Dr. Batch truly listens, takes his time, and makes you feel like you matter — not just another appointment on the schedule. The level of service, attention to detail, and overall excellence was honestly the best I have ever experienced in a medical office. It is such a blessing to find a doctor and team who operate with both skill and heart. I am incredibly thankful and highly recommend Dr. Batch and his wonderful staff to anyone looking for top-notch care.

I really like the team here. Front desk is always nice and helpful. I started coming here when I was pregnant and they didn't hesitate to get me in asap to ensure my pregnancy progressed successfully. I see Dr. Kambhatla and she has always listened and been thorough about my care. Her nurses are always kind and responsive also. I would definitely recommend this office.
