Nefcom Communications

We are very pleased with the service from Nefcom Communications and the customer service is even better! I work from home and the internet works really well for me and my family. I would encourage anyone who might be experiencing bandwidth issues to communicate that with Nefcom, there might be an easy solution that they are more than happy to help with. If they don’t know there is an issue they can’t fix it.

Great customer service, very responsive anytime we have had issues. I am happy with the service. We have good connectivity, because of our area it's not lightning fast but we can download shows and watch within a few minutes. We initially had an issue with dropping but they resolved it for us.

Worst internet I’ve ever had. This companies technology seems to be stuck in the last decade. Got my package upgraded to double the speed so even now I only have about 40 m/ps and can’t tell a difference. Always going out, my due dates are always changing, my bill always seems to be more than anticipated, and the customer service is HORRIBLE. If you’re late on a payment, they shut your WiFi off after hours and you can’t do anything about it until the next business day. Not sure why they have a 24 service line if I can’t call and pay my internet after 5 pm. Trying to get internet installed takes up to 2-3 weeks especially if their systems mess up which seems to always happen. They’re one of the only places in baker county and especially when you get further away from town so they know you can’t take your business anywhere else so it just seems like they have no care whether you’re satisfied or not. If you can get any other company I would strongly suggest you do that instead of going with nefcom. The second I move, I’ll be changing companies.

Their Rates make Comcast rates look low. Do not know if phone is still required for internet service. That was one of reasons I left this company, it is over priced, internet speed do not compete. Highly needed also is Customer Service training, being rude is the norm for this company. See from other reviews, the rude part has not changed. Still nothing has change and today Feb 2022 they still have the slowest internet speeds at the highest prices offered. They act as if they are reasonable rates.
