Great spot for car service on NAS JAX, unfortunatly they are closing soon.
This is really just a NAPA Auto Care center. They try to up sell every visit. I needed spark plugs and got hustled into an injector clean which ended up costing me over $300. There are better options outside the gate. I use this place because I work on the base and I can leave it and walk to work. They are first come first serve. Get there by 0700. They do not have great customer service skills because they don't have too. I had to wait about 5 mins for Deez to finish complaining about her work schedule to a coworker before she could find the energy to ring me up. They have gas pumps, but they raise the prices every weekend and holiday. So get gas on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Half the pumps are usually out of commission. Overall it's not a great look for the Navy Exchange.
They turned it around and made things right. I was frustrated and annoyed by my initial interactions but I was very well taken care of after their hiccup. They have my business.
Bought 4 new tires for my tundra. Didn't really save very much. Horrible service. Had appointment but it still took a long time. After leaving on my way home noticed shaking and vibrations. Stopped at toyota shop-come to find out tires were not balanced which i paid for. Had toyota balance tires and check lug nuts. Some not correct. Contacted px manager who paid me for balancing. Said she was sorry. I will not go back to exchange auto center. To do so puts me and my $40,000 truck at risk.
I took my honda civic in and had the brakes done on it After driving home, I noticed the The brake line had been broken In the brake light was coming on I then had to take it back to have them fix it. Do not recommend having brakes down there.
