Absolutely love our library. The resources and materials here are amazing. I love that we have a little section right by the front door that have pieces of the town history.
I love our library! Everything is arranged nicely and it is always neat. The lady at the desk is always very nice and professional. She is usually there by herself and I have never had to wait for service. She is very knowledgeable and answers my questions cheerfully. I am thankful for the precautions that they have in place at the library due to Covid. I am so glad that we have such a nice library. I have attended many meetings in the conference room and they are always accommodating to our group needs.
We love both the Callahan and Hilliard Libraries and don't live very far from either! Staff in both are always very friendly and accommodating when you have a question or are looking for a certain book or DVD! There are so many books to choose from...there is no reason for leaving empty handed! In fact, we usually leave with more than we just returned! 🙂📚
Love the events they have planned and the staff but wish they were open on Saturday especially when schools in session and Extra curricular avrivities there's not many people who actually get to use the public library with it's limited hours. even with staffing and scheduling they'd be able to utilize staff by changing their hours and working in to have Saturday open and maybe a weekday closed in exchange. I know Saturdays would be a full day at the library many people and kids would love to be there. Just a public library should fit to the publics availability/need.
Very pleasant experience. The sweet lady at the front desk on weds was super helpful. A little small and computers would probably be better away from kid's section, but overall very satisfied.
