My great granddaughter's AC stopped cooling and it got so hot in the house. I am almost 90 and could not survive in a 95 degree house. I called Nassau Appliance & HVAC and the immediately responded and showed up and fixed the issue and were professional and so courteous. I am so thankful for them and feel confident moving forward if I were to need assistance with an appliance or HVAC system again. So kind and helpful.
My daughter is a single mom of a 4 year old and she called me in a panic, her home was 94 degrees and she didn’t know what to do. I was concerned about them being inside with it so hot. Nassau Appliance & HVAC responded quickly and immediately gave me a peace of mind. It was late in the day on a Friday and the model AC she has the part was not available till the following week. They went over and beyond to figure it out and get it working! Words cannot describe the appreciation for their quick response and willingness to solve the problem and not leave us stranded over the weekend. I will never use another service after my experience with them and their honesty and kindness.
The AC went out in our rental property where two single moms and their kids live and was very concerned. I called Nassau Appliance & HVAC on a Friday and they responded quickly. They came and assessed the situation and said we needed a new blower motor and had to problem solve the part with it being a model they didn’t have a part for, and they did just that. They got it working and did an amazing job. As a property owner it calms my AC anxiety during these hot months to know there is a company that I can trust to call. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC and appliance needs.
I had an absolutely great experience with this company, even though they had a full schedule they still squeeze us in to having a very weird smell to our HVAC system. Very knowledgeable and professional with highly recommend them to any and all people looking to have help with their appliances.
Been trying to fix our freezer for years. Paid for parts and services. Our freezer still does not work a year later and they e mailed me today when they are supposed to be here and said they had an emergency and that they did not know what else they can do to make the freezer work. Maybe they could have told me that last year, or even when I made the appointment and not the day they were supposed to be here. Very unprofessional.
