I was assisted by Brianna today in the Travel and Tickets Office, and unfortunately I was very dissatisfied with the level of customer service I received. From the beginning of our interaction, Brianna was not welcoming or friendly. Throughout the encounter, she made me feel as though I was an inconvenience rather than a customer seeking assistance. Her demeanor came across as rude and unapproachable. At one point, while attempting to complete paperwork, she appeared frustrated, put the pen down, slid both the pen and the paper toward me, and said in a stern tone, “Here, you can do this.” Customer service should leave patrons feeling respected and valued, regardless of how busy the office may be. Based on my experience, I believe additional customer service training would be beneficial, particularly in communicating with customers in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner.

Initially i was given the non resident ticket versus the resident one for universal studio while I’m actually an resident, and the lady over the phone 55A5 fixed the issue very quickly
Located right next to the Navy Exchange in its own building. If you are military you can visit the ITT office to get discounted tickets on many amusement parks and other attractions. This office has a whole section on St. Augustine activities, along with the big attractions like Disney World, Universal Studios, Seaworld, and Legoland. We were quickly in and out and the staff were helpful with any questions we had. The discounts are definitely worth stopping by for!
The staff here have always been very kind and helpful both over the phone and in person.
