1-Star Review I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Name Tag Wizard. The custom badge I received arrived damaged and had visible error markings, making it look unprofessional and unusable. This is not the level of quality I expected from a company that specializes in custom products. To make matters worse, I emailed customer service directly to ask for help, but I still haven’t received a response. The lack of communication and customer support has been just as disappointing as the poor product quality. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Name Tag Wizard. Poor quality products and unresponsive customer service are unacceptable. I will never order from them again.
Working with Bryan Brumleve, B2B Growth Operations Lead at NameTagWizard | SimplyStamps | CustomSigns | HCBrands, has been one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had in years. We approached four other companies before finding Bryan, and none of them were able to produce name tags from the images we provided. Bryan not only made it possible—he exceeded every expectation. Over a two‑month period, Bryan worked closely with us to design and finalize name tags for committee members across two of our businesses. The final products are striking, unique, and perfectly aligned with our branding. His patience, responsiveness, and attention to detail were unmatched. NameTagWizard delivered primo-quality products, fair and competitive pricing, reasonable shipping, and easy invoicing, but what truly set them apart was the exceptional customer service Bryan provided from start to finish. If you need name tags or any of the products they offer, check them out and engage with their team—you will be glad you did.
I love my name tags! They are so professional and provides a great first impression. I'm very pleased with how easy it was to create them and how quickly I received them! The small print on the logo is also quite readable. Thank you!
Very disappointed. Website says 24hr turn around - Paid for expedited service.Ordered product on Wednesday 18th. Needed product delivered on Tuesday 24th, received product on Friday 27th. No message when ordering that order could not be delivered on time.Everything looked good. Contacted customer service to check on order Monday 23rd, that’s when I was told product hadn’t been shipped and would not arrive on time. No offer to refund or make amends - just oops, sorry. Also mailed USPS! Not expedited! Will not use this company again.
We've been happily ordering from Name Tag Wizard for the last two years. We received our shipment 3 days early this time! They look great!
