I didn’t have an appointment and they took me right in. All I wanted was a basic pedicure. I should’ve gotten up and left when they didn’t line the foot bath. I was trying to trust the process. She cut me when she was trimming my nails, then filed the skin because she was looking around instead of at what she was doing. I started filing this experience in my head as a situation I should’ve known better. And just let her finish. When I got to my car, I saw how badly she painted my nails, so I went back in to have them just take the polish off. I waited 25 minutes. A different woman came over to remove the gel polish. She was very kind, but I was beyond annoyed at that point. Save yourself the trouble, pain and money. And pray for me that I don’t develop a foot fungus. Lesson learned the hard way.
I got my nails done for my upcoming wedding and I am absolutely not happy with the results! With my hands, the edges near my cuticle were not neat at all, and some of the nails were super thin while others were super thick. On my pedicure massage that was part of the deluxe just wasn’t included. She punched the bottom of my foot like four times!?! And the nail polish on my toe was all over my skin and she just cured it as is so now my nail looks wider because it’s all over the side and if I try to fix it myself it peels off the entire nail. You can tell the gel was dripping instead of wiping it off She just cured it as is. I really don’t like complaining, but with my big day being less than five days away and already paying over $100 for a dip nail set in a pedicure I’m now gonna have to pay even more to get them fixed because there’s no way that these nails on my hand are photo worthy. I would’ve paid more the first time if they would’ve just tried a little bit with my nails.
This was one of the most frustrating nail salon experiences I’ve ever had. It started off fine with a decent foot massage. I then showed a very clear nail art reference: a French tip with a flower design on the tip. I was explicitly told they could do it. If I had been told otherwise, I would have left immediately and gone somewhere else. After waiting a long time, a male nail technician started my nails and decided—without asking—to do a 3D flower, which was not what I requested. I immediately told him I’m extremely picky about my nails because you’re stuck wearing them for two weeks. The first attempt looked like a Hawaiian flower, not a French tip flower at all. I said I didn’t like it. The second attempt was just as bad. The flower didn’t match the photo, it still wasn’t a French tip, the lines were thin, sloppy, and clearly not what I asked for. At that point, it was obvious the design could not be done. My friend even had to step in and ask why we were told the design was possible when it clearly wasn’t. The response we got was defensive, and suddenly it became “I didn’t want so I rejected you at first. But you were waiting so long a tried to help, knowing he couldn’t do it”. Don’t get mad at me for you lack of talent… I waited because I was told it could be done, I didn’t want an inferior version. From that moment on, the technician stopped communicating, ignored me, and continued the service out of frustration. The entire appointment took almost three hours, and it was miserable. I honestly wanted to tell them to remove the nails just so I could leave. The final result was awful. My nails are thick, heavy at the tips, and not properly filed or shaped. No effort was made to thin them down. The quality is unacceptable, especially for the price. A proper version of this design would cost $98, yet I was charged $95 for an inferior, poorly executed result—with attitude included. To make it worse, I was told not to tip because it was “already calculated into the price,” which felt dishonest and unprofessional. I was overcharged for work that looks nothing like what I requested. If a salon cannot do a design, don’t lie and say you can. This place does not value quality, communication, or first-time customers. The photos you see online appear to be done by one person—everyone else is clearly not at that level. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality nail art or respectful service. Save your time, money, and patience.
Absolutely love getting my nails done fourth time going in with a design and letting them do whatever they want and I’m in love!!! Of course will be back for my next set!
So, I just had these done about 2 hours ago. This full set with no color was $75.00. First and last time I go there. When I get to the car I finally was able to inspect them and notice that they already had air pockets. The technician didn't bother to file them on the sides or underneath where the acrylic accumulates. I'm happy with the shape and the thickness of it since I asked the technicians to make them thick but these are NOT worth $75. From previous customer reviews I know it's not worth it to request them to have them fixed so now I'm going to have to go somewhere else and pay more money to have them fixed properly. Save your money and go somewhere else.
