Nails Place

I love that Angel (the owner) remembers the clients that come in there. She knew who I was after just speaking on the phone, and I came in there a few days later. Ashley did my nails the first time and loved them. She is great. Unfortunately, the second time, she was not available, and I can't remember the name of the woman who did my nails, but she was amazing as well. My friend has had Kara and she was great too. I don't think you can go wrong going here.

I have been going to this salon for over a year and overall the experience has always been satisfactory, but recently there have been some instances that made me not want to return. One day I called and booked a manicure and pedicure at 12 pm, I got there 5 minutes early but noticed immediately that even though they told me on the phone that they had availability, they were actually extremely overwhelmed and had no technicians available. I ended up waiting 30 minutes and had to get up and leave. Similar things have happened since then so I unfortunately won’t return again.

The guy I had seemed annoyed when I asked for tips on my toes. The wax was super hot and when I said something about it the guy pushed it tighter on my feet, then the hot towels I had to have the towel pulled off my legs and feet because it was so hot, half a second later he put it back on and patted it on..... if that wasn't enough he asked if I was married and when I said I was a widow he laughed and asked if I had killed my husband. Not sure if it was painted or if it got rubbed off but my nail polish is already gone!! I was burned 3x and insulted in the short 45 minutes I was there. Such a shame that's how a new client was treated Edit. Due to him using the scrapper so much, my heel has split open.
