Starting off, my nails were not prepped at all (no filing, cutting, etc.) they just ran a drill over them. I showed a picture of the exact shape I wanted multiple times to my tech, Diep Nguyen, but I’m not sure if she was listening or if she could understand. She was defensive and combative, but I explained to her that I do my own acrylic nails at home most of the time and l've never had problem shaping my nails. Two long hours later, I was left with leftover polish/glue around my nails and on my skin, and dead skin on my nails that was never removed.
The staff was very kind and attentive! Best nail experience I've had in a while. Pricing info: Manicure was 100 for Gel X (With nail art) Pedicure was 50 for classic + gel polish (no design)
I’m honestly truly unsatisfied with this nail salon, the technicians are truly talented but I’ve had some issues that past two times I went there, the first time I went was for Christmas and shorty after my appt I noticed I started to get an infection on my finger. Second time my nail technician was extremely rude and didn’t want to give me want I wanted, it’s been a week and my nails are lifting and polish looks like it’s fading off. It’s a shame cause my nails looked good in the beginning but the longevity of them didn’t last, the nail art was incredible.
I have highly enjoyed coming here. The services have been great. It’s clean! Last few nail salons I have had issues with services and not liking the end result. But not here, amazing and will be a regular moving forward!! So happy to have found a place that does such a great job.
My friend introduced me to this salon and I’ve been going here ever since. All of the technicians do a great job. They’re very accommodating and do their best to ensure that I’m satisfied. Livi is my favorite. She’s an artist
