Worst experience!!! My 16 yr old daughter had spent 80 dollars 65 + 15 dollar tip on nails that look HORRIBLE and I NEVER write reviews or have ever asked for a full refund on nails before but I did with this place because they were that bad and not only was I told I was wrong about her nails but was hung up on when I said I want a refund and that it looks like a young child did them because frankly it did and I honestly can't believe they thought it was okay to have anyone's nails look like that and I even said I will have her come back in to take them off. I have never in my life had to do something like that before but for that much money and it looking like it did I couldn't do it I will be fighting the charges because this was not okay my 16 yr old daughter was the customer and they should have said yes okay and done the refund and taken the nails off instead of arguing with me over the nails and hanging up on me. Just be aware. not a good experience at all. Just saw your reply and excuse me I NEVER threatened you? I called telling you I wanted a refund and how it was not okay for the amount of money that was spent and you hung up on me because you didn't agree with me or like what I was saying. As the customer you should have INSTANTLY said yes come back we will give the refund and take them off but instead I was argued with me and you got loud with me and told me my 16 yr old daughter was wrong. I get she was too shy to say anything that is why I called RIGHT when she left and was still in the car and was crying because how bad they were. So yes I called to get a refund and never would have thought I would be hung up on. Saying we didn't like your work and wanted a refund wasn't a threat????
This was not what I asked for at all, didn’t even take time to prep my nails and was rushing with the application. I wasn’t even asked what length I wanted. When I called and asked if I could come in and get them taken off, I was told no and to come in and they would “fix it”. Respectfully I don’t want them to do my nails again. They were very disrespectful on the phone and was yelling at us for wanting them taken off.
I don't know why bad reviews were written. It was my first visit and they were very clean, friendly and fast. I just wanted to strengthen natural nail with French. It was perfect. 100% recommendations from Europe ( Austria 🇦🇹) Thanks for the good Service.
If I could give this nail salon zero stars, I would. There are so many nearby salons, please save yourself the money and the frustration and do not go here! They are the rudest people I've ever dealt with. The man in the front with the glasses is very rough. Giving a manicure and pushes your hands and fingers to the side as if you are in his way. The other man who did my pedicure hurt my feet and cut my cuticles. I got a gel manicure and pedicure and when I left I was told it was $90 as the man with the glasses looked into my bag and asked for cash. I told him I was paying card and to please tell me why I was charged $90 and he basically left in my face telling me that that's just what it costs. I've been to other salons. I only came here in a hurry and I wish I did it because they are not a good salon. I can't even believe what I paid. I was so upset. I wanted to cry. Also, they do not follow the law. None of their foot basins for pedicures had plastic wraps around them and none of their utensils were sanitized. They're simply dipped the used utensil into the water that my feet were already in and put it back in the drawer to use on the next person. They also had towels that they had used on other people's feet. Just laying around where people were going to put their feet. Also want to add that I had an appointment and I was on time but when I walked in he rudely told me you have to wait 30 minutes. What is the point of an appointment? They took my time and my money and they were rude about it. I really never been so upset about a nail appointment so I had to come and write and a review. I really do not want people to go through what I went through. Does nail salon is poorly run, needs to be investigated by the board of health, needs to hire new people who are not rude and disrespectful to their paying customers, and lower their prices. STAY AWAY!
