If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. Unfortunately, my experience here was extremely disappointing. The establishment itself appears outdated and was not as clean as I would expect from a nail salon. While the staff was friendly, my concerns as a customer were not properly listened to or addressed. To make matters worse, my mom’s toe was cut pretty badly during her pedicure. I understand that accidents can happen, but I was told that the issue would be taken care of. Unfortunately, it was not. Being told that a concern would be addressed and then having nothing done about it was extremely frustrating. The quality of both the manicure and pedicure was also far below what I would consider acceptable, especially considering how expensive the services were. For the price we paid, I expected much better attention to detail, cleanliness, professionalism, and overall quality. Quite honestly, the results were so poor that my little sister could have done a better job. I’m not sure if this is still under the same ownership as when I lived here 16 years ago, but based on my recent experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of nail salons where you can spend your money and actually feel like you received the quality and customer service you paid for.

I use Jackie to do my nails but I've also used Annie and Kayla. Kathy owns the place and she is phenomenal as well. I love this place and have been going here for a few years. You can't go wrong. The service is outstanding as are the people!!!!

I'm new to FL so I'm struggling to find a new forever spot for my nails/brows. They were very personable and affordable. Good clean establishment. They entertained my daughter while I was finishing up. I would definitely return. I only got my nails done so I'm not sure on brows. The job was neat and my polish was not too thick. I opted for a matte finish this time.

I’ve been seeing Annie for a few months now and love my gel pedi and dip mani and she always does an amazing job. Salon is clean, modern and staff is so friendly. Highly recommend
