Great experience as a new customer. Called Customer Service first to make sure I understood everything correctly. Was greeted by Jacob who was phenomenal at explaing in detail NACAMS products / polices. Confirmed usage of website as I read some consumers were disappointed when trying to login. Jacob explained where the confusion comes in (basically, people are not FULLY reading instructions sent to their email!) When we got email it was very clear. Able to download Accord Cert of Ins and additional insured INSTANTLY with no problems. Also, they have a great reminder system you can use to not fall into a lapse when you're due for renewal. Additionally, if you look at member benfits section, there are options to save on insurance for self employed in the industry. Very happy choosing this company so far and as far as telephone support, we were able to contact NACAMS without any problems during business hours. Lastly, go ahead, do your shopping, check out other companies, when you see the quotes for upwards of $1500 a year for LESS coverage, you'll appreciate NACAMS who SPECIALIZES in this industry even more! First experience 10/10.
