Working with NACA has completely changed my perspective on homeownership. Before joining the program, I didn't feel confident that purchasing a home was within reach. Throughout this process, NACA has provided the guidance, education, and support needed to make homeownership feel both realistic and attainable. What I appreciate most is that they don't simply determine how much you can afford for a mortgage—they take the time to walk you through every step of the process. Their team clearly explains what is required, answers questions along the way, and provides the resources needed to help you become a successful homeowner. I'm grateful for the support I've received and genuinely excited about the next steps in my homebuying journey. I highly recommend NACA to anyone who is serious about becoming a homeowner and wants a program that truly invests in their success.

My experience with NACA has been very positive so far. Becoming a homeowner is one of my biggest goals, and this program has helped me better understand the process every step of the way. I especially want to thank my counselor, Lynette LealWalcott. She has been such a blessing throughout this journey. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers my questions with patience, and makes sure I understand what is needed to move forward.
