I would give zero if I could. These nail shops need to realize gas isn't free. I call and ask for an appointment and they tell me come on. I get there and they say can we come back. I said I just called you and they said we too 2 walk ins. Make it make sense!!!! This is why ppl don't tip. You treat you customers how they should be treated. Don't say something and do another!

NY Nails in Fleming Island is now under new management and ownership and I couldn't have been happier with my service. Christina is very talented and just a gem of a person. She did an amazing job as always by keeping these hard working hands of mine looking soft and beautiful despite how hard they actually work! :-)
I just had the best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon! Allie was amazing. Everyone there was so nice. She took her time with my manicure and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. I rarely get my nails done but that experience made me want to get them done regularly! Thanks again!
NY NAILS is under new management and it is absolutely AMAZING! I went today after not coming here for years; TT did my design and it was above and beyond-HE IS THE BEST! Everyone here is talented and kind and if you’re looking for current, up-to-date style, creativity and excellence, TT is it!! My nails are a WHOLE VIBE and I’m so happy:)
I came in this morning 6/12/21 to get my typical pedicure this morning & I noticed that every time I come in my pedicure NEVER last. The petite lady who wears a pony tail started On my feet and I particularly asked her to scrub the bottom of my feet and she responded “she couldn’t.” Once i asked again she did and the dead skin came off immediately. However she didn’t feel like she had to do it. I also was getting the deluxe spa pedicure and it didn’t matter. The supervisor apologized and everyone else was booked up. The girl was extremely unprofessional and TACKY. I’m sure it had a lot to do with me being the ONLY black woman in the salon. RECOMMEND YOU TO NOT GO IN BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT PROFESSIONALISM.
