I've been there for a few years now and the Dr., fitters, techs and receptionist are all above grade. The fitter made sure I got the best out of my insurance & Dr. Vickers was on point with continued care until next visit. I ENJOYED!!!
A business like this is easy to find in modern America. They like to withold information (fees) until the customer is standing at the counter, ready to pay. Regardless of having called in advance and set an appointment for new contacts, the staff refused to disclose the extra fees they have, like a $159 fitting fee, until the last minute. MyEyeDr will not be considered for future visits or services. Ever. And I will be sure to usher others away from their practices of deception. Have a great day and you may want to try any other eye doctor except here!
Excellent service. See Nicole first.... she shows more compassion during the pricing phase. If you like it straight no chaser... Definitely see Tea...her service is sound for the grounded, no- nonsense personality. Her smile brings balance to her efficient, effective, and professional service. Nicole is the easy spirit. The Normandy office was amazing. The whole staff from the receiving desk team member, Nicole who also helped with choosing my new glasses, to the tech, Tasha who was so friendly and Dr Victor who has the most calming voice and smiling face, was absolutely incredible. All the ladies are a 10 out of 10! This is now my new location! Thank you for being so helpful and kind 🤓
Love coming here. Great doctors and opticians. Jan did a wonderful job helping me with my contact lens order. She was attentive and understood my needs and went above and beyond to help me.
