This office is great. The staff are warm and friendly and very knowledgeable and take their time to really help you. Dr. Houser is amazing I went to two different eye “Specialists” and they both dismiss my concern. Dr. Houser was able to figure out what was going on right away and what a relief! I’ve been to this office many times in the past for my yearly exams and have always had the same pleasant experience.
Dr. Balski was very nice and easy to understand he explained e everything to me throughly.....everyone on staff was GREAT especially CB helping me with my glasses selection and I'm a picky person but he was very patient!!! My glasses were in store for pickup 3 days early than the expected day. I would HIGHLY recommend this location for your eye care needs!
I had my appointment today at MyEyeDr, and I had a great experience. The doctor was very kind, personable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Tatiana assisted me with picking out my glasses, and she was absolutely amazing—patient, knowledgeable, and so helpful. She really made the process easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciate the excellent care and customer service from the entire team. I highly recommend this office!
This place is absolutely amazing . The staff is beyond friendly from the front desk, technicians, the Doctor himself and the general manager . They all made our visit one to remember . I’m so glad we chose MyEyeDr !
My visit was exceptional and timely. Dr.Balski an Ohio native was detailed in answering all my questions. He has a great personality that made me smile. And his associates as well did a awesome job. I would add a few more Stars for this review! CB has the patience of a saint. He is definitely an asset. Looking forward to many years of future eye care!
