If I could give a negative grade I would. I feel like I have been scammed. I went as a ne patient for contact lenses. It y ook 6 weeks before I got them and they were too strong. I told them the prescription I had last year and that they worked for me. I returned the year supply they gave me. The Dr. Ordered me a trial pair of the prescription I used until a few weeks ago. When they came in the left eye was still a little blurry. Then they told me they could not get me the correct lenses and I should go to an opthomologist. I thought that is where I went. So now I have no lenses and have to pay another doctor and for lenses, since my insurance won't cover it twice. I'll have to warn all my DCPS colleagues to not use this company.
Shane is AMAZING!!!! I got 2 pairs of glasses and he helped me through my whole process. Even told me which ones were the cutest lol. This is my second time purchasing from here and it’s always joy. Thank you guys and continue to be great 🤎🤎🤎.
LOVE LOVE LOVE the staff at this office! They took great care of my mom and styled her in some Beautiful new Michael Kors Sunglasses 👓 Dr Wagner and Mel the optical sales associate were very attentive and kind. My Mom Debra really enjoyed her visit this year. Thank you so much for taking Great care of my Mom!!! We will be back soon.
Dr. Wagner is excellent - she really makes you feel cared for, engages in conversation, and explains everything thoroughly! Shane assisted with my glasses and contacts afterward and was very helpful and polite. Highly recommend!
My family has been coming to this establishment for over 40 years and while it has changed from a private practice to the MrEyeDr. franchise, the doctors and staff have remained fairly consistent. Dr. Ellen Wagner in particular is a highly professional, caring doctor who takes time to listen, answer questions and guide her patients through the exam process and any additional treatment. The technicians are all welcoming, friendly and helpful. A shout out to my contact tech, Ciara who provided excellent service today!!
