Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. I felt like the appointment was through and everything was well explained making sure I understood everything that was going on and what to expect. Dr. Furer was awesome, quick but through. Eyesight is prescious and you can tell the staff feels this also, nothing felt rushed. Would recommend 100 times over.
Today I visited the MyEyeDr office located at 11945 San Jose Blvd. The front desk service was excellent Iwe were able to get a same-day appointment, and the staff at check-in was very kind and welcoming. The doctor who saw my wife was outstanding. We felt very comfortable with him; he was attentive, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Truly an A+ doctor. Unfortunately, the problem came at checkout. My insurance deductible is $40, but we were charged $114.90. On top of that, we were given incorrect information regarding our insurance coverage. When we asked for an itemized bill or invoice, they refused to provide it. I recommend that anyone planning to visit double-check their deductible and insurance coverage before scheduling an appointment, to avoid unexpected charges.
I had an awesome experience at MyEyeDr. on San Jose! After leaving VisionWorks disappointed with the lack of options for new frames, I came to MyEyeDr. and was pleasantly surprised by the extensive selection. Frank, in particular, was very helpful in helping choose frames. He wasn’t overbearing in any capacity and allowed us to take our time browsing the selection. He was extremely friendly as well, even offering to find frames himself similar to my style! I truly appreciate the service and variety of options at this location. I would highly recommend!
I absolutely love my eye doctor and had such a wonderful experience at every visit. Getting my contact lenses was easy and exciting because the doctor took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure they fit perfectly. The entire staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, and they always make me feel comfortable from the moment I walk in. Their friendly attitudes and excellent customer service truly set them apart. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional eye care and a team that genuinely cares about their patients.
The staff was patiently waiting as I was running late for my appointment. When we ran into issues with the remote Physician, they worked steadily to fix the problem and the visit was successful. I received my new glasses in less than a week.
