This review is for the people like myself who are skeptical at the sincerity of a large portion of our society, but i assure you when I leave any review its accurate based on my multiple visits and experience with an establishment. All this rambling to say this, we all live in a society based on the idea that we are owed something and companies react mostly in that mind set to win our business, corporate rules dictate policy, ( usually by people who've never done the job themselves), so when you find a location/ team of people who truly want and feel the need to balance their mandate with keeping the needs of the person number 1, then you want and desire that. Its easy to expect today's norm, but really nice to get the best of a staff such as these. To be clear, my treatment was not free or out of the normal business model, however this group of people treated me with respect, kindness and complete care. The Palencia location is by far the best of the best, from intake right down to goodbye. Noone was silent and all were engaging, this is an example of a true time gone by way our country once was and can be again. Please, if you need their services, give them a try, they've earned it and I trust will earn yours. A true mix of all this country offers, Thank You Dr Voueng and staff. A true honor to call you my eye specialist.

I took my elderly father for an eye exam and new lenses. The office staff were all very friendly and helpful. Pammy or Penny at the front desk is so kind and sweet and made sure she called me as soon as my father’s glasses were delivered because she knew I was leaving town and wanted him to get them before I left. Both Women who helped him at his first visit and when he picks him up, Wear also very professional and courteous! Great office staff that goes above and beyond. Thank you!

Everyone was so professional and helpful. They were so nice and patient with our family. We brought our kiddos in for an exam as well (ages 11 and 8) and they took their time with them and explained what they were doing ahead of time

I had a wonderful experience from my first visit to the second visit when I picked up my eyeglasses. Everyone that works there is friendly yet professional.
