Dr. Margaret is amazing. She takes her time, makes sure you're comfortable throughout the exam, and explains every step of the process clearly. My favorite part of the experience was working with Jessica. She helped me choose frames that complemented my face shape, thoroughly explained all of my insurance benefits, and even pointed out benefits I didn't know I had. I would absolutely recommend working with both Dr. Margaret and Jessica. They made the entire experience easy, comfortable, and enjoyable.

In contrast, the individual who provided care for me this time was exceptionally professional and met my needs. In fact, I have recommended them to others. I anticipate that we will have the opportunity to meet when I receive my new pair of glasses.

Absolutely the worst! Ordered just lenses for my Oakly Sunglasses. After 2 months of reorders, lost lenses, and Waisted Time. I called for the 8th time to check to see if they were in, The Front Desk person told me they were shipped that day and would let me know when they arrive. She called me back in a hour or so and left a message that "My Lenses Were In" so I headed to the office to only be given the same plane lenses I sent with the glass. I know, Right?! So, that means they absolutely Lied and my glasses were never sent out and my lenses were never reordered since the last episode when the lenses came in but the Script was wrong and I couldn't see out of them. They blamed it in the curvature of the original lenses so I suggested to send the frame with my lenses. In the end, it's was a complete waist of my time and I refuse to be lied too. They said I would be receiving a refund in the mail... To be continued I gave a Rating of 1 ⭐ which is very generous on my part. I will be calling and asking to speak directly with the Dr but don't expect anything positive will come from it but if I don't tell them, How can they fix or fire the problems. I will never go back!

I had a wonderful experience today, being it was my first time ever going to the eye doctor Dr. Allen was wonderful and Jessica helped me out with picking my frames and explaining everything to me, she was wonderful!
