Excellent service and care from start to finish. The entire staff was very friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. They explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable. The office was clean, organized, and the whole process was quick and efficient. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great eye care. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
This place is a rip off, lesson learned of not doing research. So let me save you time and money. This place is walking distance from my home and walking distance to getting ripped off. First they attempted to cancel my appointment last minute, this should have been a sign for me but insisted on pushing forward to my appointment because I toke time off my job and figured I have insurance (vsp) so it should be covers and fine. Wrong, I get to the appointment just to learn they charged me 110.00 just for an office visits and to have my eyes sized for contacts. Yes, sized not ordered but sized. The when discussing my glasses they charge an additional 37 dollars for anti glare lenses. They attempted to quote me 210 dollars office visit and glasses. I had no choice but to pay the office visit of 110 dollars considering at the end. Let me save you a trip money and disappointment go to Stanton optical you get a free eye exam and 2 glasses for what they are charging you for one here. They are over priced trying to make you pay for the over price rent they are paying for the practice location. This was not worth it and if I could get a refund I would. I am trying to help someone else new in the area and seeking to get your eye health checked for a reasonable price don’t go here
Tarl was so very helpful at the Orange Park location. He helped me adjust my brand new glasses and was very informative! Thank you so much Tarl for being an advocate for wonderful eye care, you are the best! You made a positive difference in my experience.
I'm glad I decided to give this store another chance. The new manager, Mallory was welcoming and very knowledgeable. All my questions regarding my insurance and the process for receiving my glasses and contacts were answered without hesitation. I'll definitely be back when I need to update my prescription.
Go literally anywhere else. The staff is so incompetent. The dr was fine but checking in took over 45 minutes because they couldn’t figure out how to log into the computer to verify insurance. Then during check out again they couldn’t figure out how to check me out. Now I’ve been on hold for over an hour because the contacts they gave me to try are terrible and I want my old kind I was using. They pushed a new kind on me because they didn’t carry the kind I use. Just safe yourself the hassle and go somewhere else
