Myers Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics

If you don't do orthodontics, don't call your practice "Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics." It's that simple. I wasted my time reading reviews and trying to get an appointment scheduled because these guys say they do orthodontics on both my insurer's website and here on Google... but they don't! Apparently the doctor mostly works out in Middleburg and just phones it in once a month in Jacksonville so they have to refer all their orthodontics out. In fact, they had the nerve to suggest I drive an hour out of my way to visit that office as if I make a general practice out of investing that much time and energy to give someone thousands of dollars. If he wants my money, he can drive his butt out to Jax. I could have spent the last two days pursuing different avenues if this information were made available to me, so hopefully I can save someone else the waste of time by not seeking these guys out for your ortho needs.

I really like the actual dentist and assistants but they charged me $50 for canceling an appointments for my kids had been sick! They are pretty much constantly sick from Oct to march due to one being in daycare and my 3 yr old is on supplemental O2 which makes him throw up more when sick so even if he is a little sick he can't (and they def wouldnt want him to anyways) attend an appt where he needs to keep his mouth open.

Always an enjoyable experience for my kids; staff, technicians and doctors explain the necessities of proper dental hygiene in a way children can understand and be excited about doing it at home!
