I did not get service that was worth the price I paid, the doctor made a very short phone call and told me the document would be in my email. I wasn’t asked any questions or any details about my information or conditions I was applying for. This doctor is out of Buffalo, NY and I got ripped off for “the services rendered” vs the price I paid. I will go to a local doctor from now on.
