Toni was a horrible stylist, and had horrible with customer service. She kept interrupting people in almost EVERY sentence and was just rude completely. When it came to the “consultation” she kept trying to get my friend to change what they wanted. When my friend asked for black she gave this awful blue color and had the audacity to say “well the black didn’t take”. If you know anything about hair you would know black can take on every color possible. My friend had to go to a different solan to get it fixed and the black took perfectly fine at that solan. She lied and said it would come out black and fade to blue over time but it was just a blue. My friend asked for chunky highlights and she gave my friend thin regular highlights and then said she was glad she didn’t give her chunky highlights because it would look emo (keep in mind my friend is alternative and looks the part) also during the appointment she started talking about I.C.E and how much they pay people, it was extremely weird and unprofessional considering you never know someone’s beliefs or how they will react. when she tried to shut it she said one or two remarks before dropping it. she kept on push to cut my friend’s hair and when my friend said they have a person who they trust to cut her hair she said “well just think about it.” When we asked for a refund she kept spewing lies and claiming my friend lied even though she had people there to back her up. If you think about going to see Toni I would think again. She is not good with hair and I assume she just got out of school. I wish I could give zero stars. I’m in the hair industry and know quite a bit about hair and seeing her do this to my friend hurts a little piece in me. Toni, I wish you the best of luck with your business but you’re gonna have to take all the one star reviews with profession.

I have been going to Toni for 3years already, and every time that I come in we talked about what I want she listen to me and gives me advised, which I appreciate, she listens to what you want and delivers, I love my hair. She’s a great stylist and is sad that a couple of teenagers are ruining some body business with lies. If you don’t click with someone’s personality that doesn’t give you the right to ruin their carrier that’s totally unacceptable.

I’ve been searching for a good stylist for many years. My hair is short, thick, coarse, and very difficult to work with. Many of the stylists I used had difficulty providing me with a haircut that I could work with. They could make me look terrific when I left their shop, but once I shampooed it, it was a disaster! I made an appointment for a consult with Toni and she assured me she could cut my hair into something that would pretty much fall into place easily. I was skeptical because I’ve heard it before with terrible results. Toni cut and colored my hair. She definitely has an artistic eye, her attention to detail is extraordinary, and she makes sure everything is perfect. I shampooed my hair and it DID fall into place with little work and time spent. I have not been this happy with my haircut for years. Would I recommend her? ABSOLUTELY! Toni IS a skilled professional! Anyone can cut long hair; mistakes are easily corrected. There can be no mistakes with short hair as mistakes take months to correct!
