My Dentist and Associates

I had a toothache and was seen pronto. The office is clean and modern. The staff are great! Hannah, a tech, very efficient and friendly. Lisa at the front desk explained the billing process. She was friendly and knowedgeable.I really like Dr. Park. He is professional, caring and smart. He offered me choices and explained everything so I understood what needed to be done so I could make that choice. The treatment plan rate is very affordable compared to previous dentists I've been to who valued money more than the patient. You won't be disappointed.....

This is the first review I have ever written in my life, and I am only writing it because this experience was too unpleasant to ignore. During my first visit, I needed fillings, so they took X-rays and provided a full estimate of over $900. I specifically asked if there would be any additional costs, and I was clearly told there would be none. However, on the day of treatment, the dentist performed an additional filling on a neighboring tooth without informing me or asking for my consent. Only after everything was completed did they casually explain that the adjacent tooth “also needed treatment.” Performing additional procedures without any prior explanation or consent is not acceptable. What made it worse was being charged an extra $350 for that work. Since there was no prior discussion, I honestly felt misled. It’s not even about the money — it’s the way this was handled that felt deceptive and frustrating. If X-rays were already taken and a full estimate was provided, how was this not identified beforehand? This raises serious concerns about how reliable their diagnosis is. On top of that, I paid $250 to have my permanent retainer re-bonded here, and it came off again in less than a year. My previous one lasted over 15 years without any issues, so this clearly raises concerns about the quality of their work. I was also told there would be no charge for the follow-up visit, yet I was still charged $50. That inconsistency added to the frustration. Overall, this experience made me feel disrespected as a patient and uncomfortable with how this office handles both treatment decisions and billing. Now I understand why this place is often empty. Compared to other dental offices, the difference is very noticeable. I strongly recommend others think carefully before choosing this office.

The staff & Dr Park were efficient. I was pleased with the work I had done for a crown. Many times I was asked if I was doing ok while working on me. I would highly recommend Dr Corey Young S Park. I am so glad I found a good dentist!
