Turned in trumpet June 28th, told 2 weeks to clean and repair minor issue, quoted price. Took until august 13th to receive after told it would be back 2 separate times, said would severely discount, well discounted 30% but still 20% more than quoted. Super nice people and helpful but end of day service and price doesnt justify return or recommendation.

This place is an early 90's sitcom in the 2000's! Makes you feel like an extra walking in on set! All the employees have great personalities and are very friendly and helpful. They helped our daughter find her next level flute. Highly recommend for: -Lessons -Instrument cleaning and repair.

Staff is excellent. Very nice. Believe it or not it's actually owned by Guitar Center. My son takes drum lessons here in the Mandarin location. Incredible quick in and out location for strings, reeds, rosin, and sheet music. They also have a good selection of guitars, violins, and saxophones.

I've brought instruments to be set up at local music stores only to have it given back to me worse than it started. Not the case here. Skizzy did a wonderful job helping me out and set up my guitar and it feels as good in my hands as it sounds. Gotta give Music & Arts JAX a try!
