I called this firm as they came up on Google and I thought they would be able to assist me with a potential health insurance suit. The lady who answered the phone sounded bothered that someone called her. When I explained to her my issue, she said their office doesn’t handle that. I informed her online it does and she said “Google says we do everything”. I said no, this isn’t Google. Your website says you handle “insurance coverage litigation”. She said yes, that’s litigation….. as if I didn’t know what that meant. It is exactly the service I need but I guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
