Amanda, Ángel and Andy did great job helping in my process to change my car. During the hold process they were with me. I could be clear about all the steps. Besides, they did their work professionally and with dedication. I could feel very well in their midst. I recommend this team to all.

This was my first visit to Jacksonville Maserati and the folks there were a pleasure to work with. I took my 2016 Ghibli just to take a "look" and see what was available. My salesman, Freddy Vergara was great - no pressure to close the deal. I took plenty of time and looked at several vehicles and eventually narrowed it down to a 2021 Mercedes Benz E350 and the 2022 Ghibli that had everything I wanted and then some. Often when you're undecided they bring in the sales manager for a little more pressure. The sales manager, whose name I unfortunately don't recall had the same low key attitude. When it came down to deciding on one of two vehicles, the sales manager allowed me to drive one home for the night. That courtesy enabled me to make the right choice for my needs - the Ghibli! Another surprise, Amanda the finance manager explained what was available and what would be the best options for my needs. No trying to pressure me into purchasing coverage I didn't really need. All in all this was a great buying experience and I have nothing but positive comments regarding my purchase. Jacksonville Maserati is the place you have to visit for your next exotic car. Maybe next time it will be for a Bentley!!
