Murabella Nail and Spa St. Augustine

I'm absolutely disappointed !!! I am very upset and frustrated. You get your nails done and ask if they can do a job. They say yes a thousand times, and the result was pathetic. I lost $93 and my time. If they are not capable of doing the job, say no. Several times, I told her they were thick, I like them thin, don't put so many layers, she ignored me. I told her to remember that I needed you to do my manicure, and she said, "Why don't we clean the edges, and that's it, and she never did the manicure. Terrible job so much so that another person lifted her from the chair and took her place (it was late and the bad job was done) 2 hours there and it was no use.

With moving cities comes the hassle of finding a new everything. I’ve been coming to Murabella Nail Spa for almost a year now and have never walked out dissatisfied. Wether it’s a simple French or a cute design Rose always delivers!! I love how I come in and now everyone knows me and says hello. All the girls are super friendly and personable. Definitely a salon worth giving your business to.

Usually I don’t post negative reviews on google, but this time I felt like I should because if I had read the reviews before I chose this place I wouldn’t have come here and spent over $100. I was very specific about how I wanted my nails to look natural and thin, but the person who did my nails (Jasmin I believe), not only got annoyed but assured be it would look different at the end. She kept saying that it was not done and would fix after the color, but it turned out that not only my nails were bulky and thick at the end, but she didn’t clean the sides and they turned out terrible. When i pointed out that it was not cleaned up she said once I washed it would be clean (we all know that’s not true).
