I contracted with this company in February after speaking with Harold, the owner, who told me the gate would take about a month to build and install. I completely understand that delays can happen since I also work in customer service, and I tried to be patient and reasonable throughout the process. Unfortunately, from start to finish, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The communication and follow up were excellent until they received my deposit. After that, everything went downhill fast. There were little to no updates, poor communication, and constant excuses about delays on materials that seemed readily available online. The entire project dragged out until the end of May, and even then, the job was completed with poor workmanship and little attention to detail. There were half finished tasks throughout the process, and the weld finishing itself was not done well. I normally don’t write negative reviews because I like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but this experience was too disappointing to ignore. I would strongly encourage anyone considering a large project with this company to be very careful. Honestly, after my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them for small projects either. Please do your research before giving this company your money.
