Mr Preapproval Mortgage - Powered by Barrett Financial Group

Kris found me a great product for our farm property. The process was quick and easy. He was attentive to any questions we had throughout the process. We would hesitate to use his services again.

5 stars. I highly recommend Kris McCurry. Our home financing needs were more complex than a typical mortgage, and Kris was exceptional throughout the entire process. As our mortgage broker, Kris took the time to understand our needs, evaluate the available options, and find the lender best suited to our situation. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented, staying on top of every step from beginning to end. Most importantly, Kris truly acted as a trusted advisor. He clearly explained our options, offered thoughtful recommendations, and helped us make informed decisions. I especially appreciated his patience, responsiveness, and persistence in keeping everything moving. I would highly recommend Kris to anyone looking for an experienced mortgage broker who will advocate for their needs and work hard to find the right financing solution.

Kris and his team were exceptional. Things moved quickly from acceptance of the offer to the closing date. Kris made sure that clear to close was never a problem. If something needed resolved he didn't delegate, he got it done. Constant communication from him and his team made me confident we'd reach the finish line, and we did. Even though our purchase was in Ohio and he's in Florida, the entire process from application to closing was seamless. Thanks Mr. Pre-approval!

Kris Mccurry was amazing throughout my home buying process. We used the VA loan in Jacksonville FL, and he has made the experience flawless. Kris is definitely a pro when it comes to odd things needing done to boost credit and very fast at responding. Highly recommend Kris especially for the VA loan as he knows the ins and outs of the VA making the home buying process flawless and smooth. Thanks for getting our amazing Home!
