Mr. Appliance of St. Augustine

I have a double oven that is in the wall. Not every appliance company will work with these as it requires 2 people. Mr. Appliance came out with 2 great workers and identified the issue right away and returned a few days later with the part and its working great now. I would highly recommend this company for your appliance needs.

Frustrating experience with scheduling, despite good technicians. While the technicians from Mr. Appliance were punctual, professional, and friendly, the overall experience was extremely frustrating due to their scheduling team. There was a complete lack of communication: no confirmation emails or calls were sent as promised, and follow-up on scheduling was disorganized at best. After multiple assurances, I still had to call several times just to get a basic timeframe for the work to be done. Unfortunately, their scheduling process is inefficient and unaccommodating, even when the delays are clearly on their end. It should not take more than four calls to simply find out when a technician will return. I cannot recommend Mr. Appliance based on this experience. The techs do good work, but the headache of dealing with the office just isn't worth it.

Mr. Appliance is always wonderful! Honest, fast and great pricing. Robert fixed our garage fridge today and it took no time at all!

Technician Mike Mirando was excellent. He knew what he was doing and was efficient. Went the extra mile to be helpful. I will definitely use this company in the future.
