The pictures down below of are the best two times I have gotten my hair done with Aliyah. The first is the most recent and look at all of the growth! My hair is so so healthy and she cut it exactly how I wanted it! This is definitely the place I will be coming back to everytime I get a hair cut ✨✨

I have been going to Moxies since I moved to this area a year and a half ago. Dakota has great skills in giving me a precision haircut. I always leave happy after my color and haircut appointment. I highly recommend Dakota.

Came here because my boyfriend did his research and got me a gift card to get a new perm for Christmas. I’ve had several perms before this. The stylist used one bottle of solution instead of normal two that is used in my hair and I even mentioned it in the chair, they assured me it was fine (a simple mistake with an easy fix) The perm did not hold ( I still tipped the stylist $50 for a job not completed) I spoke to the owner who was very passive aggressive and blamed me for the perm not turning out, although I’ve had several in the past with no issues and I know how to take care of them, I did not wash my hair for several days trying to let the solution soak in before returning to the salon. She did not make me an appointment to fix the situation or anything of the sort, so I made an appointment that was good for both the stylist and I (3 months in the future because I didn’t want my hair ruined from another round of chemicals so soon) so it could be fixed. Fast forward to the day of my appointment I called to make sure the service would be compensated as the stylist mentioned would be a possibility, the owner was again passive aggressive in saying that I didn’t come in so they could fix the situation sooner, they don’t do refunds and she basically doesn’t care about her stylists’ reputation. I simply wanted my hair fixed, I wanted to see the stylists skills used in the proper way and to have a beautiful perm. I recommend this place to NO ONE, the owner does not seem to care about your hair, or this business. As a side note I’ve never had a perm where my dead ends weren’t trimmed off first in order to protect them from breaking off during the chemical treatment, when I questioned why the stylist wasn’t cutting my hair they said I didn’t mention that in the consultation (because I thought it was standard, you don’t chemically treat old dead hair) and proceded to chop a couple strands of my hair off, completely uneven and not even a full trim. By far the worst experience I’ve had at a place that dare call themselves a salon, take my word for it.
