I am a small one person business and I needed help with my computer and software problems. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find a quality company to help a small business. Let me say that Imran of 904MSP far exceeded my expectations. He was knowledgeable, patience and communicated clearly with this tech challenged person. His suggestions and solutions worked great and everything is running smoothly again. I would recommend him for any business needs large or small.

Imran was extremely professional and got to the root of my problem in just a few minutes. He listen to me explain what problems I was having and had me show him exactly what i was talking about and was able to resolve my issues and show me that it was not my equipment. I will be using this company in the future for basic maintenance and any upgrades that I decide to do in the future. I will also be recommending them to my family and friends that need any computer work.

I highly recommend 904MSP. Imran was very responsive when I called and even came by to pick up my computer, being sensitive to appropriate social distancing. I was very impressed by the personalized service. My problem was self-inflicted having spilled a large glass of water on my laptop. Imran downloaded files from the damaged laptop, as well as an older laptop, to ensure I wouldn't lose data, which was my biggest concern. I will definitely use his service in the future.
