Do not use them! They lied to me saying the insurance company that hit me only had $30,000 in coverage when they refuse to do anything and act or give me any kind of paperwork for six months. I got a new lawyer and realized it was $50,000. They were stealing $20,000 on top of their 33% from me and will do it to anyone. And legally, they have to transfer the files and they refuse to do it for months. Real lawyers will tell you, Morgan and Morgan is a scam. Forced me to go to the doctors I told we’re hurting me. Made me pay the bills and demand that I go there if I want a settlement until they release me from care and then contacted the doctors I would tell them hurt me about it and told them what I said, breaking client lawyer privileges on a daily basis. This company is disgusting stealing $$20,000 refusing to do anything for over six months give me any kind of paperwork. They have been turned into the Florida Bar Association.
Very kind and easy to speak too. Great process and looking forward to working with them.
About 15 calls. Never got to speak with attorney. They would call me them put me on hold to transfer to a case manager but never the same person and never knew any details about my case. I would definitely NOT recommend
They had my case for over a year telling me I had a good case then after having a ton of trouble trying to contact them out of nowhere they said they no longer was willing to move forward with my case but not to worry they would recommend another attorney because I had a great straightforward case . And a little side note in the state of Pennsylvania you only have 2 year's to file your case and guess how many attorneys were willing to take my case after they asked if I had contacted another attorney and I told them yes I was with Morgan and Morgan for a year + before they dropped me with no explanation.
