Amazing experience. Shes the best. So knowledgeable about the human body musculoskeletal system. Highly recommend.
The best!!! She is very kind and creates a program that is tailored to my needs and abilities. It’s always a positive environment and I never feel like I have hurt myself. Within a very short time I have lost weight, gained mobility, and dropped my blood pressure. Would definitely recommend working with Maria at Moonbeam Wellness.
Maria, the owner of Moonbeam Wellness is amazing. She has helped me begin a new journey into physical health safely and with such love and care. As a plus size women I know how rare it is to find a welcoming fitness space. Your body and soul are in good hands here. 11 out of 10 stars.
