Monahan Roofing Contractors

We have been doing business with Tom for over 27 years and have always been pleased with his pricing and the work that was done by his company. I highly recommend Monahan Roofing. We will continue to use Monahan for all our roofing needs.

Monahan roofing repaired my roof, after extensive water damage was done, he is professional, and fast. Tom Monahan was courteous and knowledgeable about roofing. He communicated and explained roofing concerns before reconstructing 1/2 my roof. Tom checks back after all work done. He has almost 50 years experience. Monahan roofing is affordable quality roofing. Serves all areas of Jacksonville.

I have know and worked with Tom Monahan several times over the last 15yrs. He has has completed 3 roofs for me and my family; and also recently put on a new roof for my neighbor. Tom does great work. He communicates well and does what he promises. He follows through and follows up on work and afterward makes sure it was done properly! Also, he has responded to any questions or issues that I've had, which is where the most important concerns I have in a contractor. I have no problem recommending him highly. as a competent and reliable roofing contractor for any job.

Thank you, Monahan roofing for a hassle free roof replacement! The crew and all the supplies showed up exactly when I was told they would be there to knock my roof out super quick. Tom and his crew were able to answer any questions or concerns I had almost immediately. The best part is after the roof was done, they began to clean up all the nails, scrap wood and shingles out of my yard while leaving me with the best looking roof in the neighborhood. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
