Momni Alterations

Cannot recommend Momni enough for anyone needing alterations! I brought in a handful of my fiancé’s pants and a satin jumpsuit for hemming, a few seam repairs, and had a couple of dresses tailored. And they absolutely nailed every single piece. Not only is the quality of their work incredible, but their customer service and pricing are too. Joy and the Momni team were kind, personable, professional, and took great care of everything I brought in. They’ve definitely earned a repeat customer! I’ll be taking anything I need tailored or altered to Momni!!

I received the recommendation from the Bridal shop to have my wedding dress altered with Momni Boutique/Stori Wedding. I am so glad I followed their recommendation because Joy was an absolute delight to work with. The alterations made my dress fit perfectly. The communication and the suggestions were beyond perfect. I have currently been walking with a cane and the alterations suggested to make sure I wouldn't trip was a big deal. I highly recommend the entire crew because they were all so kind and did excellent work to make our day special.

Momni altered my mother of the bride dress and it was a little snug. I took it back and Joy and her seamstress immediately got to work on it and let out the seams slightly and it fit perfectly! I appreciated their prompt attention to my concerns. Excellent service!!

I actually wrote this review about a week ago, but decided to wait to post it until I picked up my dress and saw the final results. This has been, by far, one of the best experiences I’ve had when it comes to getting clothing altered. I have a unique body shape, which can make buying and altering clothes a painful — and honestly sometimes traumatic — experience. I’m in an upcoming wedding and didn’t expect the dress to be quite so tight fitting, which is definitely not my typical look. Momni was incredible about setting realistic expectations from the start. I explained the look I was hoping to achieve with the dress, and she walked me through what could realistically be done and what simply wouldn’t work. Instead of promising something unrealistic, she was honest and solution-focused, which I really appreciated. I actually spent about a week shopping around and visiting several other places, but ultimately decided it was worth driving the extra 45 minutes to go back to Momni — and I’m so glad I did. I’ve now picked up the dress and I’m so pleased with the final result. The fit is fantastic and I feel confident wearing it, which says a lot considering how nervous I was at the beginning of this process. I may or may not have also walked out with a pair of heels and an amazing candle! I’ll definitely be coming back to Momni for all my future alterations.
