First let me say that Dr. Mendhi is awesome. However whom ever is running the office in the last 6 months is terrible. Publix had to call me on 3 different occasions to call the office because no one would return their call regarding refilling my prescriptions. The first time this happened I called and a lady argued with me and told me I didn't have any perscriptions. It took me forever to get someone on the phone that knew what they were talking about. Secondly, I have been trying to get a referral for my optometrist before my benefits run out. I just got off the phone after 30 minutes of waiting. They have a call back system that I tried so I didn't have to wait. But they never called me back. Something has changed in the office because everything used to be professional. Oh, I am still waiting on my referral after 3 times of calling. I am adding That I just called for the forth time to get my referral for my eyes. This process started on April 24th and it is now June 12th. I ran out of my benefits during this process.
