Just to be clear, I have postponed this visit for years. I’m scared to death of the dentist etc however, I have always taken good care of my teeth. To say that Dr Storch and his assistant Jennifer are A class and extremely friendly and very knowledgeable is not a good enough description of them and how they made this visit so much easier than I expected. The office is very clean and staff friendly. Highly recommend this office for any gum or other dental issues you may have. I really think Dr Storch is one of the nicest Gators I know. (That says a lot from a Seminole) What a terrible ending to an experience I gave such an excellent review! Please review the email I received today from the Financial Manager Kristina at the Kingsley office. How can someone with such an important role and big title be allowed to send such a ridiculous email? Is there nobody “in charge”, or educated enough to proofread emails sent to customers after six months of being ignored? I have never experienced such poor customer service and communication from a business that I paid $3,642.22 and yet they advertise on google and Facebook. Big mistake.
Dr Storch and staff are the absolute best. I can’t say enough good things about the Arlington office. I have been treated exceptionally well. Clear treatment plan and cost. Highly recommend.
It was my first visit to Modern Peridontics and found it to be reassuring of the procedures they recommended. It was very comforting to know that they will be consulting with my regular dentist on my procedures. Thank you Dr Storch, and Staff, for making my first visit so pleasant.
There was a slight delay on the appointment time but overall great experience wonderful dental hygienist. Strongly recommend them. If you have periodontal issues. very thorough and professional
