When you have definitely reached your deductible and still pay almost $100 anyway to be seen by the dermatologist, you go back and the Dr says he can't treat you because you hadn't met the deductible? Wouldn't even look. There is something fraudulent and unethical happening at this office.

I’ve been coming here for the past two months to prepare for school. After receiving a vaccine and a TB test, it appears that the documentation was not completed correctly. In addition, I was prescribed the wrong medication by my doctor. While that may have been an honest mistake, it highlights the need for greater attention to detail. Misplacing medical records and providing incorrect prescriptions are serious issues that require immediate attention. UPDATE: I recently came in for a required vaccine and made it clear what I needed. Somehow, I was given the wrong one — the version intended for children, not adults. That’s not just a careless mix-up—it’s medical negligence. Because of this mistake, I now have to go somewhere else and pay out of pocket to get the correct vaccine. This has caused delays with my school requirements and created unnecessary problems with my education — all because the clinic didn’t take the time to double-check what they were giving.

Horrible staff, couldn’t understand what the woman was saying to me. Incompetent and rude. Overall worst experience I’ve had at a doctors office. Hire better staff who are qualified to do their job correctly. Thanks.

I like that some Labs can be done within the office. Usually you can get a prompt appointment. I've only seen the doctor, who is thorough in his questions, once but the nurses and assistants were competent.
