This pizza is genuinely so good. Everyone there is very nice and food comes out in less than 10 minutes freshly-made. I’ve been going here for years and have never been pushed to make a review so I’m making one now to show my appreciation. I love this place.
I’ve been coming to this MOD Pizza location for quite some time, and the pizza has always been good, which is why this experience was so disappointing. While my pizza turned out great, I couldn’t help but notice a swarm of gnats coming out of the food containers when the employee went to grab the toppings. I also saw flies hovering around the open ingredients on the counter. I understand that MOD Pizza uses a build-your-own style service with toppings displayed in front of customers, but I think there should be better measures in place to keep flies and gnats away from the food. It’s concerning from both a cleanliness and food safety perspective. I hope management addresses this issue because I’ve always enjoyed coming here and would like to continue doing so with confidence.
Ordered take-out. Love the unlimited topping concept. We ordered two thin 11" pizzas. Little crust, little crisp, little chewy. Perfect! One was pepperoni and hot honey the other was chicken, bacon, peppers, and mushrooms with gorgonzola and mozzarella and finished with BBQ sauce. Delicious! The salad, even though it was personal size was huge and we could customize it as we wanted for one price.
No waiting, the line was not long. The person that made my pizza had a lot of patience. My pizza was good but next time I will go with the thicker crust. Overall a good experience. I will return. Clean bathrooms btw!
Today was our first MOD experience!!! We are very pleased not only with the yummo pizza and delicious tea but Chloe was the highlight. Excellent customer service and extremely friendly!!! We found us a new spot!
