MOCA (Museum Of Contemporary Art), Jacksonville

Lots of art pieces, but each floor is dedicated to one artist currently. $10 is the standard entry fee. We enjoyed ourselves and hope to see what installations come in the future.

Very nice place, big homeless scene outside the museum but they’re just tryna get by like the rest of us. The museum had some very nice art pieces and it an overall nice and chill experience. Also it’s free on Saturday so that’s a plus.

Love this place. So fun to look at the artwork. The free nights are a perfect night out for the family. The staff are all so nice and welcoming.

Absolutely fantastic people, art, and programs for future artists! One of the most beautiful gifts God gave us was imagination and individual perceptions of what we all see. The mind of an artist can become a visual creation for others to feel and see what they feel and see when made into objects of art or through the specific angle and moment of a captured event on film. Here at the Museum you can enjoy the brilliance of some amazing artists and try to see what they saw and felt when capturing a moment in time or creating a 3D object.
