Thank you Lee Cramer for all the help and work put in to helping my mother in law get herself a new van. She was so nervous over it and really needed the time and patience given to her to make it happen as she was apprehensive about being able to make it happen. She loves her new van and is so proud of it and she deserved the best for her and her son to feel safe on the roads again. She means so much to me and you made the experience 10x better. And it was even better how fast you were able to have it delivered from out of state too. Thanks so much you guys!
Thank you to the entire team at Mobility Works. From the front desk (Joanie), to the Sales Floor (Lee Cramer_Ryan Lynn), to the service Department (Tiffany Nesbit) and the Finance Team (Nathan Polete) Working through the VA processes can always be challenging. But with a little bit of persistence and a lot of patience the Mobility Works team got it done. You have changed out lives. With the new van I now feel comfortable to travel with my husband. He is very happy to know we can go visit the grandbabies safely. We were also excited to pick up a Pride Jazzy Chair which was also in the showroom. This chair makes it possible for my husband to fly again. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!! If you are in need of a mobility vehicle, I highly recommend checking this place out.
5 stars When my dad suddenly became disabled and fully dependent on a power wheelchair, we were overwhelmed trying to figure out how to get a wheelchair-accessible van quickly. From the very first call, Lee Cramer at MobilityWorks went above and beyond in every way imaginable. Lee offered to bring a van out the next day — to my parents at the hospital — to make sure my dad's wheelchair would fit and to walk us through all the options. The moment he got back to the office, within an hour, he had already launched a national search for the right used van, sent me listings, and carefully reviewed my dad's wheelchair specs to ensure a perfect fit. Throughout the entire process, Lee was incredibly responsive — answering every call, every email, every question, no matter how many we had. He coordinated everything remotely, got paperwork to us electronically right away, and sourced a vehicle from an out-of-state dealer. When the van arrived, he drove it out to the hospital for delivery. Because we were working against a compressed timeline and waiting on additional parts, he even arranged for us to return the van temporarily and get it back when we were ready. When it came time to learn how to operate the van and the track system, Lee FaceTimed me personally to walk me through everything. And when I reached out to him on Memorial Day with a question, he texted me right back. What stood out just as much as the service was that none of this ever felt like a sales pitch. Lee and the MobilityWorks team felt like true partners helping us navigate one of the hardest times our family has been through — genuinely focused on finding the right solution for our situation, never trying to sell us something we didn't need. Lee treated our family with patience, compassion, and genuine care every step of the way. I can't recommend Lee and the MobilityWorks team highly enough.
I had a very disappointing experience with Tiffany. Instead of helping us when we contacted her, she told us to send an email and said she would get back to us. We waited over a month without any meaningful response. When someone from different state finally called, it was only to tell us that she refused to help. The lack of communication, long delay, and unwillingness to assist made the entire experience frustrating and unprofessional. If you expect timely customer service and someone who is willing to help resolve issues, this was not my experience.
Had my van get the hand controls in it. These folks are amazing and very helpful. Service is next to none. I would recommend mobility works to anyone looking to have accessible equipment put in their vehicle. Keep being awesome!!!!
