One Star - My Mom has been a Mobile Med patient for a year and a half. If you get Dr Matt, life is good. A true professional that you see almost every week and he responds to emails and phone messages. I would give 5 stars based on our first 8 months with Dr Matt. Unfortunately he was moved to another facility and we got a new Dr J. I won’t use full name but they were not as tuned in as Dr Matt. Mom spent 10 days in Mayo and when she got out it was 2 weeks before we saw them again. Now we are at Tamaya and Dr J told us it would be a seamless transition. Mom moved there June 23rd and still has not seen the Mobile Med Doc. Twice we were told next week and next week we were told next week. The second time happened today. Mom is having blood sugar issues and promises do nothing for her current issue. Now we have to find a GP outside the facility. We do not recommend Mobile Med if you need medical support. Actually I will give them one more star because their PT/OT and we used a private nurse for overnight and they were excellent.
Mobile Medical is a subpar provider. I agree with a previous review…lip service only. My Mom finally had bloodwork and its in her portal with a bunch of red results. Been trying to reach the provider since Friday and it is now Tuesday. Called to speak to the supervisor Dawn this morning and as of this afternoon still have not heard anything. The provider made a note that she will review results with my mom this Thursday. Come to find out my mom is not on her schedule for Thursday for an appointment. How can you review results when you’re not scheduled to see a patient? Stay away from this provider. Their care consists of checking in to see they are still breathing and bill insurance. Noone, no matter their age, deserves that type of care.
Mobile medical has been amazing in multiple ways. If i have questions about anything at all someone answers to help me with any thing I might need to know or clarify. Scheduling is easy and my doctor actually cared 100 percent to do what ever she could within her power to make sure I was taken care of and even went out of her way to make sure of it. She sat and listing to me then came up with a game plan to make sure I was on the right track. Thank you Stephanie and the whole team. Best primary doctor iv ever had in my entire life. Truly.
