When we first started with MLXL we had a lot of issues and almost stopped doing business with them. But that was in their very early stages. We had a frank discussion with them and worked through the issues and I can say without a doubt that they are truly one of our very best vendors now and have been for MANY years since the issues were resolved. The quality of their work is top notch and communication and responses to issues or special requests are almost immediate. GREAT PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH!
From start to finish, Michael and his team have never disappointed me. The output is always top notch, and they have never missed an in hand date. Best printer in the business! Thank you MLXL, not only for your professionalism but your courteous Customer Service as well.
My company loves working with MLXL. We have been doing business with them for several years now, and we will continue to do so! They pay attention to all the details, and every job comes out great. We also love that they are less than an hour from us, so working with them is a no brainer.
We worked with MLXL for our annual Company Christmas party. They were able to accommodate all of our needs for apparel! Everything was so easy and it was a very smooth process. We would highly recommend working with them.
We have been using MLXL now for over 13 years for all of our screen-printing and embroidery work and they have never disappointed us! Their work is amazing and all the staff is incredible.
