Mirror Man came out to do an estimate 4 weeks ago for a shower door replacement. 4 wks later I still have no estimate & no shower door replaced, although I’ve spoken to Gene & Bob both many times with my follow up calls. They claimed the door was ordered (even with no estimate), then claimed I’d have to ask the other guy, then promised to call back the next day at least 3 times. They have truly reached the pinnacle of unprofessionalism. They’re unmatched… It’s beyond ridiculous. Of note, I called Bold City Glass today, sent a photo, got a quote, & they’re booked to come out tomorrow to install the shower door. Highly recommend skipping Mirror Man unless you have weeks to wait, and don’t mind being treated in a rude, disrespectful, unprofessional way as a potential customer. Wish I could give zero stars. Hope this helps kind, unsuspecting neighbors avoid unnecessary frustration.
We are SO very happy with our new windows! They are the best! We use them whenever we need any window issues!
They did a great job installing our frameless sliding glass shower door! Very reasonably priced and professional service. I highly recommend Mirror Man!
We have used Gene and his crew several times and they always do an awesome job. We couldn't be more happy with their work. New windows look great and they also made a glass tabletop that we love.
I called to have new frameless shower doors made and installed. Everything was fine when finished. A few months later the doors began to stick and I couldn't close them. He came back and did some adjusting. For over the last 8 months I have called, left messages, and talked to at least one of the employees to come back and fix the problem. I did not get a reply. I did not want to write a bad review. I have been more than patient. Extremely disappointed in this company.
