It is hard to say enough great things about Miriam's Jewelry in Ponte Vedra Beach. The staff is super friendly and helpful, but they are above all else honorable and trustworthy. I have been to Miriam's for watch battery repairs on 3 occasions. The first was a watch with a solar battery that appeared to be totally dead, but they got it working again at no cost. The second was a new watch that arrived with a dead battery, and they gently but firmly encouraged me to contact the seller for a replacement, which again saved me money. The third tome was the charm, I actually had a battery replaced. The work was done quickly and professionally at a fair price. The shop is new and modern in a great location in the Sawgrass Village Shopping center, adjacent to Publix. You can't go wrong with Miriam's!
My parents celebrated a milestone anniversary, and I wanted something meaningful without being flashy. The staff helped me choose elegant matching pieces that suited them perfectly. They were both genuinely touched by the thoughtful gift.
Miriam’s is a wonderful jewelry store! Had my wedding set redone and it is fabulous. They also resized many of my rings. Very trustworthy and awesome craftsmanship.
As always, Leah and her incredible team took my breath away with a stunning custom ring that they designed for me. Having been on this journey with me from my engagement through an unfortunate divorce, they were able to transform my engagement setting into a masterpiece that I will forever cherish. Miriam's is the only choice for any jewelry need - their exquisite taste, deep knowledge and skill is second to none. I will always recommend Miriam's to all of my family and friends.
The QUALITY or their repairs is impeccable! Little backstory and I’ll add photos. I got engaged and my ring needed to be resized. I was told to go to a store off 210 so I did. I got the ring back and it looked like a child played with a welder for the fiest time. There was a bubble on the inside seam, the line wasn’t straight and to add insult to injury…the metal tarnished in 3 days (picture below). They didn’t use white gold and didn’t put the finishing on it, they also sized it the wrong size. I was devastated because we have an engagement party coming up and did not want to go back and ruin the integrity of the ring by trying to fix it multiple times. I did some research and decided to try Miriam’s. This man has made this ring look better than it did the day k received it. Not kidding! You would never be able to tell it was resized much less butchered and fixed. I’ve attached a photo as well. THANK YOU!! I truly can’t say thank you enough. My ring is perfect and I can say with full confidence I won’t be going anywhere else for any repairs.
